Asman Airlines offers a wide range of fare options for your convenience. Each fare type comes with specific conditions for its use. We recommend that you review the conditions of your selected fare when purchasing a ticket. Asman Airlines reserves the right to make changes to fare rules without prior notice.
- If different types of fares are applied to various flight segments when building your travel itinerary, any changes to your booking will incur a penalty for each modified flight segment, according to the fare rules for that segment. For the refund of a fully or partially unused ticket, the penalties stipulated by each fare type in the itinerary will be applied.
- If you cancel your seat reservation before the end of check-in, you must simultaneously rebook or refund the ticket. If rebooking or refunding occurs after the end of check-in, an additional no-show penalty (NO-SHOW) will be charged as specified in the fare rules, regardless of whether the seats were canceled or not.
Fare Types:
- Super Economy: Non-refundable fare, includes 5 kg of hand luggage only. Changes to the date and time are allowed with penalties and fees.
- Full Economy: Refundable fare, includes 15 kg of luggage and 5 kg of hand luggage. Changes to the date and time are allowed with penalties and fees.
- Flex Economy: Refundable fare, includes 15 kg of luggage and 5 kg of hand luggage. Changes to the date and time are allowed without penalties. Includes priority check-in and free seat selection on board.
- Refunds at sales offices are made upon presentation of the original identity document of the passenger or the person who paid for the ticket.
- Penalties and fees for rebooking are non-refundable.
- If the flight is operated by a partner airline, different baggage allowance/access conditions may apply according to the Basic Passenger and Baggage Carriage Rules of that airline.
- The maximum stay period for most Promo Economy fares is 1 month. If you decide to rebook your ticket, purchased at such a promotional fare, to dates exceeding 1 month from the departure date, you may be required to pay the difference between the purchased fare and the new fare available for the desired dates.
- Changes to the booking before the departure date indicated on the ticket are allowed. An additional fee equivalent to 500 KGS will be charged. The rebooking fee applies to each fare component being changed, provided there is availability in the same booking class and within the ticket’s validity period according to the Basic Passenger and Baggage Carriage Rules of Asman Airlines.
Please note that different fare types may apply to the same booking class depending on the start date of the transportation and the seasonality.
- If the departure date on the first flight segment is changed, the difference between the paid fare and the fare level applicable for the new flight dates must be paid.
- If the transportation conditions change, the fare component for the previously booked or already used segment (e.g., in case of extending the ticket validity period for transportation) may be changed to another fare type. In this case, the rebooking fee will also apply.
Discounts:
- Child Discount: A ticket for a child aged 5 to 12 years inclusive is priced at 30% of the adult fare. Exception: For Promo Economy fare of class O, no discount is provided.
- Infant Discount: A ticket for a child under 5 years old without a separate seat is free of charge.
- Senior Discount: A ticket for pensioners, as specified by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, is priced at 10% of the adult fare.
