- Flight for Pregnant Women:
- Transportation of pregnant women is permitted provided that the flight occurs no later than 4 (four) weeks before the expected delivery date for a single pregnancy and no more than 8 (eight) weeks for a multiple pregnancy, and if there is no risk of premature birth.
- Women with a pregnancy term:
- Up to 28 weeks may fly with a certificate indicating the pregnancy term and absence of contraindications for the flight, issued by a gynecologist.
- From 28 to 36 weeks for a single pregnancy may fly with a certificate indicating the pregnancy term, absence of contraindications for the flight, and an exchange card, issued by a gynecologist.
- With a multiple pregnancy up to 32 weeks may fly with a certificate indicating the pregnancy term, absence of contraindications for the flight, and an exchange card, issued by a gynecologist.
- The transportation of a pregnant woman is carried out under the condition that the airline bears no responsibility for any consequences to the passenger, which is confirmed by her signed guarantee. If the airline representative has doubts about the safety of the flight for the pregnant woman at any stage of pregnancy, the airline may refuse transportation.
- The airline will not accept pregnant women for transportation, even with a medical certificate, if the delivery is expected within the next 7 calendar days. Women who have recently given birth and newborns are not accepted for transportation within the first 7 calendar days after birth.
- The airline has the right to refuse transportation to a pregnant woman if it is required by the immigration laws of the destination country.
- Pregnant women are not provided seats near emergency exits.
- Flight for Children and Their Parents on Domestic Routes:
- A passenger has the right to carry one child aged from 7 days to 5 years without providing a separate seat and baggage allowance under the fare, unless otherwise specified by special fare rules.
- Other children aged from 7 days to 5 years, as well as children aged from 5 to 12 years, are transported with tickets providing a 30% discount off the accompanying adult’s fare (unless otherwise specified by special fare rules) and a separate seat in the cabin, with free baggage allowance according to established norms.
- An adult passenger may carry a maximum of 2 children aged 5 to 12 years with a 30% discount. If the number of children aged 5 to 12 exceeds two, the ticket for the third and subsequent children is paid in full (as an adult fare) according to the established passenger tariffs.
- The child’s date of birth must be indicated on the ticket. The accompanying passenger must present a document confirming the child’s age when purchasing the ticket and during check-in. The child’s age is determined on the day the transportation begins. The airline has the right to verify the child’s age.
- If the route is changed after the start of transportation, the ticket is reissued at the child fare corresponding to the child’s status (age) at the date the transportation began, even if the child’s status (age) has changed by the time the transportation is reissued.
- Children under five years old, including newborns, must be held on the accompanying person’s lap throughout the flight, with their head positioned toward the window to avoid injury from falling objects from service trolleys.
- Children of any age are prohibited from being seated near emergency exits.
